Alright, weathermen of OKC – you win. We are postponing our fundraiser tonight. Most businesses are closing, and we want the Lunch Box guys to get home, too. We’ll have another event down the line, I assure you.
Thank you to all the people who have donated online this morning; it is deeply appreciated. If you’d like to do the same, you can here.
Just finished a full weekend of knocking on doors. It’s the only way to campaign.
Ran into some wonderful old friends, and had great conversations with new ones.
Spent this evening at the Northwest Chamber’s annual banquet.
The Chamber covers Bethany, Warr Acres and NW OKC, essentially the boundaries of the 30th Senate District.
Tonight we thanked Glenn Coffee for his 12 years of service as our State Senator. He told the room that “this seat belongs to this community.” As a lifelong resident of this community, I couldn’t agree more.
Thank you for your service, Glenn.
We learned tonight in Massachusetts that the time is now for fresh conservative voices. Thank you for your continued support of this campaign, and let’s bring a little Massachusetts to Oklahoma this July… Well, okay, not TOO much Massachusetts.
You are invited to join us for a special downtown Oklahoma City fundraiser next Thursday, January 28, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at the legendary Lunch Box. The full invitation can be found here.
Just drop by after work and say hi! Have a wonderful week, and we hope to see you on Thursday the 28th!
Happy New Year from the Holts! We are thankful today for an amazing 2009, and looking forward to a great 2010!
